Physical Rehabilitation & Exercise

The first goal of any treatment plan is to reduce pain and inflammation. We then progress our patients to more active types of interventions to take their care to the next level. We want to correct the common biomechanical issues that usually are the cause of the initial pain and until flexibility and muscular endurance is restored the problems usually persist. We use basic, foundational core and postural exercises to improve flexibility, endurance, stability and strength to the joints of the body.
